Refund policy
Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to return the product, it must not have been used and it must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Gift card
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing, not due to any error on our part.
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once the product for return has been received and checked, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or form of payment for the purchase within a few days.
Late or missing refund
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be made.
Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is made.

Sale merchandise
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale merchandise cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@happierfurry.store.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return. You will receive a gift card in the mail when we receive your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver to you personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift, and that person will know that you requested the return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are sending a product over $75, consider taking out a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
